I am Research Professor and Head of the Data Science and AI Centre (Centro de Ciencia de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial) at the School of Government and Public Transformation, Tecnológico de Monterrey. I work where optimization meets public infrastructure: ports, hospital supply chains, electoral networks. Every objective function in those systems encodes a political choice about who waits and who is served first; my work is to make that choice explicit, measurable, and open to argument.
